The resulting PMA's design meets all challenges via its physical configuration and optimized material selection, using a bi-injection molding process with thermoplastic elastomer acting as a means for waterproofing as well as shock absorption. The physical housing design and manufacturing techniques allow advanced ergonometric user-centered design and compliance with stringent MIL (military) specs.
