Program directive; to develop a new, standardized Centrifuge Platform, taking the "Next Step" by addressing: end-user interface, cost-reduction, ease of assembly/maintenance and intuitive visual aesthetics. Through an in-depth application of the development process Systems Analysis™, all aspects of design, engineering, end-user ergonomics, manufacturing and assembly were addressed. Standardization of superstructures and subassemblies provided for cost-effective solutions through the use of higher quantities and judicious tooling investment tied to the seamless development of unique design, engineering and manufacturing solutions. The DevelopmentDNA™ approach yielded a highly marketable, advanced product offering.
